Brown Appraisal Services Inc is looking for a part time assistant to help the Office Manager & 3 Real Estate Appraisers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Office Manager & 3 Real Estate Appraisers.
- Schedule appointments.
- Help with office communications.
- Start files in the computer & on paper.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Competent computer skills, including Gmail & Excel.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
