ROLE DESCRIPTION:
WE ARE GROWING! As an Account Representative with Vanessa Brown State Farm Agency, you will provide exceptional customer experiences & help protect clients by providing the appropriate insurance products for their situation. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide advice, quotes & process applications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous superb customer service experience.
- Coachable & quick learner.
- Must love dogs - we have office dogs!
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
