ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Vanessa Brown State Farm team is looking to expand & we pride ourselves on taking care of our customers like family! We provide training on how to service and sell insurance. If you are a positive, coachable person, we are looking for you to join our team that has been in business over 20 years.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Vanessa Brown State Farm team is looking to expand & we pride ourselves on taking care of our customers like family! We provide training on how to service and sell insurance. If you are a positive, coachable person, we are looking for you to join our team that has been in business over 20 years.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer insurance accounts.
- Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
- Pivot to and provide information on insurance products and services.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must earn Tennessee insurance licenses
- Love people
- Positive outlook
- Coachable
- Interest in helping & protecting people
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Able to learn computer functions
- Ability to work in a team environment
Compensation: $48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
